As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in discussions to align team objectives with organizational goals, ensuring that all operational processes are executed smoothly and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.
