Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, your typical day will involve utilizing a predefined target list of client and potential client decision makers to qualify potential opportunities. You will engage in originating new opportunities, qualifying them, capturing, and ultimately closing these opportunities. Additionally, you will advance qualified opportunities or target existing or new prospects through the sales cycle, while assisting customers in onboarding, adopting, and expanding their usage of products. Your role will require effective communication and strategic thinking to ensure successful outcomes in the sales process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. - Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management to inform decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in B2B/B2C Sales. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Sales Pipeline Management. - Strong negotiation and closing skills to effectively convert leads into sales. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
