Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing particular phases within the product lifecycle. This role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and project teams. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to optimize software development workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- Experience working with client-focused software solutions and adapting to changing requirements.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and methodologies to support team coordination and project tracking.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
