Summary:
As a Procurement Practice Representative, you will deliver procurement and category management services, focusing on strategic sourcing, client stakeholder management, and supplier performance management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure effective procurement processes, engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs, and analyzing supplier performance to drive improvements. You will also be responsible for developing strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring that procurement activities are efficient and effective, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers to enhance service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights on procurement processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement Sourcing.
- Strong understanding of supplier relationship management.
- Experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
- Ability to analyze procurement data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Sourcing.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
