What would you do? We’re the global managed services arm of Accenture Interactive. We sit in the Operations Business to take advantage of the industrialized run capabilities leveraging investments from Accenture Operations. You will be working as part of the Marketing Operations team, turning consumer data into actionable insights to ensure consumer-centric strategy and plan development that strengthen CRM strategies, campaign performance, and overall marketing outcomes. You will contribute to building reports and dashboards that provide visibility into consumer behavior and campaign performance while supporting initiatives that unify consumer data across markets. By continuously improving data processes and embedding governance standards into daily operations, you will help deliver timely, relevant, and impactful insights that drive marketing effectiveness and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps.
What are we looking for? • Total 6-8 years of experience, 3+ years of experience working with databases and delivering business reports, 1+ year of experience developing dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) • Advanced SQL (data extraction, transformation, performance analysis) • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail • Experience analyzing consumer purchase behavior and performance metrics • Ability to generate actionable insights and storytelling for business decision-making • Experience creating segments and monitoring performance over time • Experience automating reports and working with data engineering teams • Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt to change • Strong English communication and presentation skills • Team-player with strong collaboration skills • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Mathematics, Sciences, Business, or related field • Python • Knowledge of statistical models • Experience with loyalty programs or CRM analytics
Roles and Responsibilities: • Analyse consumer purchase behavior using databases and SQL to track individual and aggregate trends over time • Develop and maintain dashboards to automate reporting and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders • Design analytical approaches to answer business questions, including hypothesis testing and experimental analyses • Segment customers and monitor segment performance to support targeted marketing and loyalty strategies • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to implement scalable analytics solutions • Generate insights and storytelling to guide business and marketing decision-making • Identify opportunities to drive business growth through data-driven recommendations • Monitor key behavior metrics and overall business performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals • Support cross-functional teams (Marketing, CX, Consumer & Shopper Analytics, Data Science) with data-driven guidance • Ensure data credibility, accuracy, and quality in all reporting and analysis • Stay updated with new analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve analytical capability
