By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM-18:00 PM in a hybrid setup (1 day/week from the office) from one of our office locations (Bucharest, Brasov, Timisoara, Cluj, Iasi or Targu-Mures) or remote from any other city.
As a People Lead & Senior Early Talent Recruiter, you will lead ICEG early talent recruiting team and play a dual role: delivering end-to-end recruitment for Early Talent roles in your assigned region, while also supporting a team of 3 recruiters within your team. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the Early Talent recruitment delivery for your region, ensuring alignment with business needs, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
Each team functions as an end-to-end recruitment team, collaborating closely with the business and aligned with local business needs. The teams collaborate as a one-EME Early Talent recruitment team scaling across the EME area if business needs require.
How you’ll make an impact:
Strategic & Operational Contribution
Collaborate with the EME Early Talent Recruitment Lead to shape regional strategy and process improvements;
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics and team performance;
Identify opportunities for innovation in sourcing, branding, and candidate engagement;
Serve as a liaison between your pod and other teams to ensure consistency and collaboration across EME.
Team Leadership
Act as the first point of contact for recruiters within the team, providing guidance, coaching, and support;
Ensure consistent delivery across the team;
Facilitate regular pod check-ins, knowledge sharing, and best practice alignment;
Support onboarding and development of new team members.
Recruitment Delivery
Manages the full end-2-end recruitment for internships, graduate programs, and ad hoc Early Talent roles;
Partner with business stakeholders and recruitment leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored Early Talent recruitment strategies;
Drive initiatives contributing to recruiting strategies (referrals, social media presence);
Represent Avanade in Early Talent campaigns and relationships;
Building relationships with target universities, engaging staff and students;
Maintains LinkedIn presence and personal recruiter brand to attract talent;
Champion inclusive hiring practices.
Skills that make your work successful:
Fluency in Italian and English (at least B2 level);
Between 1 and 3 years full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to Early Talent or campus hiring;
Minimum 2 years experience in a team lead role;
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with exposure to Early Talent or campus hiring;
Creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing talent through job boards, social media, events, and direct outreach;
The ability to build and present strong talent pipelines;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Relationship builder who builds trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders;
High school diploma is required.
