Key Responsibilities:
Support, maintain and analyze issues for applications used in the Financial Centers.
Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application.
Ensure quality by utilizing exceptional communication skills to maintain our world-class systems.
Define client issues and interpret and design resolutions based on your deep product knowledge.
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to resolve client issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
Provide training and support to team members and clients to improve overall system understanding.
Continuously monitor system performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
Document processes and solutions to create a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
Note: This role requires 60% onsite client work in Jacksonville, FL
Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of work experience

Advanced proficiency in Core Java
