How we put change in motion

As a part of Accenture center for IBM Technologies (ACIT), I work as a data scientist in both Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Using on-edge technology, we build innovative solutions rapidly to transform our clients’ ideas into working prototypes. There I work in a multi-discipline team consisting of UX-designers, architects, project managers, and developers.

 

I am also part of Accenture Technology’s AI initiative, which consists of skilled people within the AI segment. We participate in self-driven seminars exploring different aspects of machine learning, in addition to spreading the word of AI by hosting workshops to our colleagues and clients.

A day in my life

No day is the same in my job. One day could consist of reading up on the latest breakthroughs in Quantum Computing, the next could be filled with meetings trying to find the next big thing to do a prototype on, and some days I could be developing machine learning models in Python.

Never let fear limit you. Keep saying yes when it feels uncomfortable, and I promise you that it will take you great places. And if not, then you will always have that experience, making you more suited to make better decisions later.
