We are looking for talented Customer Strategists to join our team at Accenture Interactive. As a Customer Strategist you will play a key role in driving projects that help our clients to deliver personalized omnichannel experiences to their customers.

You will be part of our Interactive practice in Helsinki and our Nordic Strategy & Change team. Success in this position requires strong consultative and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. You are used to effectively present your results internally as well as externally. Our customer teams are often cross-functional with system specialists, developers, strategists, creatives and data analysts.

The role

  • You will, together with the customer team, develop and execute strategic plans and roadmaps for our clients regarding, for instance, transformation of sales & marketing, loyalty concepts, customer experience personalization etc.
  • You do deep-dives into topics related to data & technology when needed, with the help of subject matter experts from client and Accenture organization
  • You facilitate workshops and conduct presentations by utilizing the "consulting toolbox” to structure and communicate solutions in a way that can easily be understood
  • You take responsibility for selected workstreams/entire programs and coach and lead other co-workers (depending on seniority)
  • You contribute to business development activities, including opportunity identification/qualification and proposal development/presentation

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other relevant degree
  • 3+ years of experience working as a consultant or in a relevant position in a client organization, within areas such as Customer Experience, CRM, Digital Sales & Marketing, Customer Loyalty, or equivalent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and preferably Finnish

Profile

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to solve client business problems
  • Consultative mindset – you enjoy working close to clients, you look forward to solving their challenges, and you can think on your feet – former consulting experience is an advantage
  • Strong personal drive and commitment with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt to different market and customer challenges
  • Agile Methodology and/or Design Thinking knowledge and exposure seen as an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience of the leading customer-related technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Adobe etc. seen as an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
