About Customer Service and Sales

We are searching for a customer operations manager with experience in Sales/Service/Commercial Development or Business Growth Programs to work as part of a team delivering customer operations development and growth projects to international companies. Your background could be either within consultancy or business development within a product or service organisation. You like the idea of performing dynamic work in a global consultancy company and you can be productive in new environments and adapt to new clients quickly!  



Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in Customer Operations Development, Business Growth Programs and/or Commercial Operations Transformation
  • Experience gained within a consultancy environment or in business development within a product or service organisation
  • You will be able to onboard fast to industrial business environments and will be open to working in other industries such as consumer goods, banking and insurance
  • You have already experience from leading business development projects
  • You can deliver demanding projects with high quality, in a people-centric way
  • Language requirements: Fluent English and Finnish
