As a Consultant you join our teams to work with our clients in short and longer term projects realizing client value or in new business development including shaping and selling projects. The roles will differ from assignment to assignment and based on your specific skillset and experience.

We expect you to have some of the following qualifications and interest to grow on the others:


  • Master’s degree with excellent grades
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience of one or more of the following: consulting, project work within relevant industry sector, content knowledge of the specific functional area
  • Eager to learn and challenge yourself to reach next level of expertise
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and one Nordic language
