Business Support Assistant


Do you enjoy coordinating, planning and structuring? And are you excited to have contact with various, senior stakeholders? Then the position as our new Business Support Assistant could be the one for you!


Right now, we are looking for a young talent, who is interested in joining a dedicated team of 7 Executive Assistants, whose daily goal is to support a group of executives with complex organizational responsibilities. You independently complete routine and assigned non-routine tasks to meet goals under supervision, and work in a team environment.


Your key responsibilities include:


  • Travel support, including booking of travel and handling visa/passport procedures
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings/conferences as well as follow up on action items
  • Arrange conference calls and video conferences involving a global audience
  • Back-up for other assistants in the team
  • To a limited extend manage calendar activity, including coordination of meetings for executives as well as extensive rescheduling



You in a nutshell:


  • You are a young professional, who is currently on the look-out for their first or second job after university
  • You have a university degree, where your organizing and communication skills were put to the test 
  • You have already gained relevant work experiences, either from student assistant jobs, internships or full-time jobs – preferably from an international company
  • Fluency in both Danish and English are essential
  • You know your way around MS programs, like Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
