Accenture’s Nordic Mobilization team is a dedicated and specialized multi-capability team within Accenture Technology and serves clients across the Nordic region. The team principally delivers Application Services by providing sales support to Accenture for its clients and executing service transition projects to implement new application outsourcing engagements. Service transition projects are short (1-3 months) to medium-term (4-6 months) projects that involve project planning and implementation skills to ensure a successful 'start up' of our new client engagements. The Mobilization team also delivers other services to Accenture’s clients such as mobilizing technology integration projects, transformation projects, application services introduction, change management projects, client transition and knowledge transfer consultancy services.


The Nordic Mobilization team are now looking for a Mobilization Consultant to strengthen our team based in Denmark.


Mobilization Consultant responsibilities:


  • Support the sales process with Service Transition estimation, project planning and description of the approach in proposals and client meetings. It may also include reviewing contract schedules related to transition
  • Execute activities in roles as Application Services Transition Team member and Work Stream Lead
  • Lead or support mobilization of System Integration projects, introducing new services for clients
  • Lead or support Application Services Transformation projects for clients and Accenture delivery units
  • Implement Service Management and Unit Operations. This includes implementation of new operating models, governance structures, processes, tools and reporting
  • Contribute to transition projects to achieve delivery on time and on budget, working with a variety of workgroups in terms of capabilities and geographical locations
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with key client stakeholders to facilitate and support transition projects
  • Facilitate and manage knowledge transfer between client and Accenture operational teams to transfer processes, procedures, and application knowledge





  • Bachelor or Master degree within IT or similar. If you don’t have education with IT, it is important that you have a technological understanding of service management and application services. Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Interest and experience with application maintenance and/or application development
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understanding of service management processes and frameworks (e.g. the offshore service model)
  • An understanding of the contractual and commercial arrangements for outsourcing engagements
  • Very good communication skills, verbally and in writing. Danish/Scandinavian and English at a minimum
