Job Description
1.Manage the Japan P2P team with 15+ members
2,Manage the whole P2P operation of Japan and make sure all SLA,KPI are met.
3.Manage Japan clients and meet client’s expectation
4.Support deliver manager for P2P projects
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Japanese preferred, with educational experience in Japan.
2. Minimum of 5 years of PTP experience, preferably in Life Sciences industry.
3. Proficient in Japanese and English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to communicate fluently with Japanese and international clients.
4. Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
5. Experience managing teams of over 10 members, with the ability to lead projects efficiently.
6. Strong communication and coordination skills for collaboration with other departments.
7. Excellent client management skills for establishing and maintaining relationships with Japanese clients.
8. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, capable of ensuring quality work.
