Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:
- Define and articulate the creative vision and strategy for FMCG clients, ensuring it aligns with their brand objectives and market positioning.
- Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including art directors, copywriters, and designers, to deliver high-quality and innovative work.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and effective creative assets across various channels, including digital, print, TV, and social media.
Strategic Oversight:
- Develop and implement creative strategies that drive brand growth and engagement in the FMCG sector.
- Collaborate with strategic and account teams to ensure creative solutions are aligned with client goals and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and drive creative excellence.
International Brand Management:
- Manage the development and execution of global campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with international brand guidelines.
- Adapt and tailor creative strategies for different markets, working closely with regional teams to address local nuances and preferences.
- Ensure all creative work meets global standards while resonating with diverse audiences.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, presenting and advocating for creative concepts and strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, feedback, and business objectives, incorporating their input into creative solutions.
- Lead client presentations and workshops, effectively communicating the creative rationale and value of proposed ideas.
Team Development:
- Mentor and develop creative talent within the team, providing feedback, guidance, and professional growth opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment, encouraging innovation and best practices.
- Drive a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring high standards of creative output and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing international brand campaigns and working with global clients.
- Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring creative teams and delivering innovative and impactful marketing solutions.
