Job Description

  • Lead the designation of strategy roadmap, optimization and growth of brand’s social commerce with key focus in Tiktok.
  • Track and analyze performance to craft actionable insights and provide strategic business recommendations via Tiktok-based data tools in the market.
  • Develop FACT matrix to drive brand awareness, consumer traffic, sales conversion, and customer loyalty.
  • Define and optimize product strategy based on target consumer analysis.
  • Generate initiatives for social campaigns and content development to ensure the activation of target consumers.
  • Identify the latest market & consumer trend and social commerce methodology to ensure the leading position for clients’ brands


Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 year of experience in social commerce strategy, Tiktok exposure is a must. 
  • Familiar with social commerce platforms and the related data tools.
  • Proficient in social commerce strategy and demonstrated achievement in driving commerce growth.
  • Experienced in social commerce campaign and content management
  • Strong strategic thinking and motivation to learn & identify new trend.
  • Good client-facing skill with demonstrated experience to help clients solve complicated problems in social commerce platforms.
  • Fluent EN and CN.
