Job Description
Role Overview:
The Marketing & Digital Specialist will support Intel Taiwan’s marketing initiatives across digital, social media, KOL management, and content localization. This role ensures marketing campaigns are executed effectively, content is localized accurately, and brand presence is amplified across relevant channels
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing: manage marketing platform to support virtual and physical events. Utilize digital marketing tools to track performance, generate insights and improve campaign effectiveness
Social Media: Skilled at managing social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and related tactics SEM, SEO ü Develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions. Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize effectiveness.
KOL Management: Identify and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and KOLs relevant to the brand’s niche. Coordinate campaigns and collaborations, including content planning, briefing, and post-campaign evaluation. Monitor ROI and brand impact of influencer partnerships and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
Content Review: Lead the localized content review process, ensuring all materials (e.g., web pages, social media posts, email campaigns, marketing assets) are culturally appropriate, linguistically accurate, and relevant to the target markets. Collaborate with regional teams and localization agencies to adapt global content in region while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. Qualifications
Qualifications:
5–8 years of marketing, communications, or project management experience in technology, consumer electronics, or leading 4A agencies.
Proven ability in campaign execution, retail activation, and digital/social media delivery.
Strong project management, agency oversight, and multitasking skills, with a track record of delivering integrated marketing programs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
Highly motivated and hands-on, suitable for early-to-mid career marketers looking to expand scope and responsibilities in a dynamic technology environment
