Job Description

Your tasks:

Install, configure and maintain systems middleware and applications

Deploy the infra on AliCloud 

Engineering of systems administration-related and Network solutions for various project and operational needs

Managing the escalation of incidents and problems daily from L3 team to minimize downtime on customer activities

Understand customer demands and propose best solutions

Maintain documents, procedures and technical knowledge transfer

Report to SDM about activities, projects and

technical risks

Collaborate with other teams and team members,sharing and learning

Keep learning new features of public Cloud

platform (Especially Aliyun)

Qualifications

Required skills:

Customer oriented approach 

Technically curious and having analytical skills

Clearly know ITIL process

Self-organized and prioritize work

Team player

Self-motivated with a passion to learn and improve your skills and knowledge

Technical skills:

Good knowledge and skills on one of Linux/VMWare/Microsoft.(RHCE/VCP/MCSE)

Good knowledge and skills on network technologies and protocols. (CCNP at least, CCIE is plus)

At least with intermediate understanding of protocols frequently used by applications (DNS,HTTP,HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SSH, SSL/TLS etc.)

 Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration with Kubernetes.

 Familiar with migration,deploying and optimizing large scale enterprise cloud applications as well as small simple applications.

 Hands-on experience managing large numbers of diverse systems with configuration management or software delivery platforms (such as Puppet, Chef and Ansible)

Very familiar with AliCloud technical and operations; Solid knowledge of other Public Cloud（AWS/Azure) is plus.

Past development experience is plus.

Experience in automation deployment approach on public Cloud is plus.

Experience in coding part is plus.

Communication skills：

Ability to read technical procedures and apply

them

Intermediate / advanced speaking, reading and writing skills in English
