Accenture is a leading IT and digital consulting firm. We are looking for talents specializing in LS industry to help pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies improve internal operational efficiency and enhance their digital engagement with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). We are seeking experienced Business Analyst Manager (BA) and Project Manager (PM) with expertise in Distributor Management System(DMS) and digital ecosystems to drive innovative digital solutions that improve compliance, user experience, and commercial effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for DMS & HCP digital platform design and implementations in the Life Sciences domain.
  • Familiarity with the product of strong DMS know-how
  • Strong understanding of the business domain.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, UX Designers, Compliance) to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, including status updates, risk mitigation, and change requests.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations (e.g., FDA, GxP, data privacy laws) and client-specific compliance policies.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of PM experience in IT/digital consulting, must be in Life Sciences (Pharma/Biotech/MedTech).
  • Hands-on experience with DMS, HCP digital ecosystem, or digital engagement solutions for healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of life sciences commercial & compliance processes (e.g., aggregate spend, consent management, promotional content review).
  • Familiarity with DMS, Veeva CRM/Salesforce, Wechat or other portal technologies.
  •  PMP/CSM certification and experience managing budgets ($500K+ projects).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills..
