Role Description
As a Threat Intelligence Consultant, you will lead the delivery of threat intelligence engagements from scoping through to client debrief. You will work closely with clients to understand their intelligence needs and translate findings into clear business impact.
As the Nordics & Netherlands lead, you will build relationships with account leads and leadership in the region to support sales activity, identify new opportunities, and deliver high-quality engagements across the region. The role combines hands-on threat intelligence delivery with project oversight, quality assurance, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver high-quality threat intelligence engagements
· Manage the threat intelligence pipeline and opportunities in Nordics & Netherlands.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, account leads, and regional leadership.
· Support business growth by identifying opportunities with existing and new clients
· Provide feedback, coaching, and knowledge sharing to junior team members
· Discover, identify and report regularly on significant threats and risks to businesses, governments and organizations originating in the Nordics & Netherlands region.
Basic Qualifications
· Degree or equivalent qualifications, preferably relating to politics, intelligence, or information security
· Minimum 3 year of work experience involving project management, client engagement, and threat intelligence.
· Experience managing projects and engaging directly with clients
Required Skills
· Strong threat intelligence expertise and experience with common intelligence frameworks (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, FAIR)
· Confidence delivering client briefings and presentations
· Ability to provide constructive feedback
· Project management and organisational skills
· Interest in commercial activity, sales support, and relationship‑building
· Strong written and verbal English and Finnish
· Ability to work independently and with geographically distributed teams
· Strong analytical and writing skills
Desired Skills
· Strong analytical skills,
· Knowledge of how to work on regulatory-driven engagements, such as CBEST and TIBER (Threat Intelligence-Based Ethical Red-teaming) engagements,
· Strong technical skills, such as understanding of investigating a company’s digital footprint and infrastructure,
· Basic knowledge of open-source tools, such as Shodan, Maltego, PassiveTotal
· Ability to conduct open-source intelligence collection and analysis,
· Curiosity and willingness to learn
· Experience of threat modelling or attack path mapping
