Educational Qualification: M.Des/B.Des from NID or equivalent 

Job Summary: You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement experiences  that can help enhance business performance & drive customer satisfaction. 
 
Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Requirement Gathering - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and refine user requirements within the defined scope. 

  • UX Research - Conduct user studies, benchmark best practices, and create personas through research and data analysis. Assess existing user experiences, identify gaps, and propose actionable recommendations. 

  • UX Design and Prototyping - Create wireframes, user flows, flow diagrams, and storyboards to communicate interaction and design concepts effectively. Use design tools like Figma to develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that meet project goals. 

  • User Experience Testing - Design and conduct UX testing sessions with users to evaluate the usability, accessibility, and desirability of prototypes. Gather and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance design solutions. 

  • Design UI elements such as navigation components, search boxes, page ribbons, tabs, widgets, CTAs, carousels, in-app banners etc for digital assets 

  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to design specifications. 

 

Good to Have

  • Experience in creating demo videos or interactive presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders. 

  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage. 

  • Understanding of motion design to enhance UI prototypes with micro interactions and transitions. 

Professional & Technical Skills:  

Design Expertise: 

  • Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with client objectives and user needs. 

  • Experience designing user flows and interactive designs based on behavioral insights. 

Behavioral Science Knowledge: 

  • Strong understanding of customer behaviors, motivations, and trends, with the ability to apply AI insights to enhance user experiences. 

Communication Skills: 

  • Ability to craft compelling design narratives and present them effectively to stakeholders to influence product strategy. 

Collaboration and Adaptability: 

  • Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists and AI engineers, to integrate intelligent features into designs. 

  • Eagerness to embrace new challenges and continuously evolve with emerging technologies. 

 

Additional Information:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Design / Fine Arts / Equivalent 

  • Overall experience of 4+ years in UX design for digital products & services 

  • Hands-on experience and understanding of UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma , Sketch etc)
