Accenture Song Malmö is looking for a Marketing Strategy Consultant to join our Marketing Advisory team. In this role, you will help leading organisations reinvent marketing end‑to‑end — from defining strategy and operating models to enabling scalable, data‑driven execution. Working closely with senior clients and cross‑functional teams, you will translate ambition into clear direction and actionable transformation roadmaps.

As a Marketing Strategy Consultant in Accenture Song, you will support clients in reinventing how marketing works — strategically, operationally, and technologically. 

You will: 

  • Partner with clients to shape and deliver marketing transformation initiatives across owned and paid channels, including vision, roadmaps, operating models, and ways of working 

  • Translate business goals and customer ambitions into clear transformation priorities and use cases such as personalisation, automation, loyalty, and journey orchestration 

  • Contribute to MarTech‑related initiatives from a strategy and transformation perspective, defining requirements, success criteria, and expected business impact 

  • Apply AI‑enabled and data‑driven thinking to reimagine marketing team decision‑making and scalable execution 

  • Collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, data & AI specialists, and technology experts in multidisciplinary teams 

  • Coach and support junior colleagues as part of project delivery

Qualifications

We are looking for a curious, structured, and impact‑oriented consultant with a passion for marketing and transformation. 

You have: 

  • A Master’s degree with strong academic credentials 

  • 2–7 years of experience from strategy consulting or relevant roles within marketing, customer experience, or business transformation 

  • A strong understanding of end‑to‑end marketing, including how strategy, operating models, and technology work together 

  • Broad understanding of MarTech platforms (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, Google, or similar) from a business, requirements, or value perspective 

  • A strong interest in AI and emerging capabilities shaping the future of marketing 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

  • A proactive, curious mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment 

Fluency in English is required. Swedish is desired but not mandatory. 

The position is based in Malmö, Sweden, and you will be part of Accenture Song’s Marketing Advisory team. You will work closely with senior leaders and project leads within Accenture Song Nordics.
