The Role: Application Designer (Analyst to Specialist)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Software Development: Develop high-quality software solutions according to specifications and requirements provided by project stakeholders.
Application Design: Design application architecture, components, and interfaces to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Programming: Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code using relevant programming languages and technologies, such as Java, Python, C#, etc.
Database Development: Design, implement, and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions to support application functionality and performance goals.

Accenture Cloud First / Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering (CIE) is a new multi-service group of 70,000 cloud professionals that brings together the full power and breadth of Accenture’s industry and technology capabilities, ecosystem partnerships, and deep commitment to learning and upskilling clients’ employees and to responsible business, with the singular focus of enabling organizations to move to the cloud with greater speed and achieve greater value for all their stakeholders at this critical time. Specifically, this new group integrates the company’s wide-ranging cloud expertise, including:
Software Development, Cloud migration, infrastructure, and application services and ecosystem partnerships; deep industry and cross-industry insights, data, and Applied Intelligence capabilities.
Work Experience:
3+ years in application, service, or function design.
2+ years in programming.
2+ years in database design.
Technical:
Proficient in Java, Python, C#, or similar (minimum B3 level).
Experience with MySQL, Postgres, MariaDB, or MS SQL
Familiarity with message queuing systems like Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar.
Knowledge of Redis or similar in-memory databases.
Functional:
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities.
Systematic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Conversant in Thai language as this role will be working closely with Thai speaking stakeholders / clients.
Good to have but not a must:
Knowledge of Docker or experience with Microservices development.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
Understanding of software architecture principles and patterns.
