Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations is a key aspect of the daily routine. Continuous improvement and refinement of software components to meet evolving business needs are integral to this position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce page development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with integration techniques using REST and SOAP APIs within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to implement and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features to meet business requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- 15 years full time education is required.
