Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development processes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ALIP Life & Annuity Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional software components.
- Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently within software applications.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, maintainable code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ALIP Life & Annuity Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
