Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Experience in managing master data processes and governance frameworks within enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement and support data governance solutions.
- Familiarity with data quality management and validation techniques in master data systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
