Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires capturing broad requirements and shaping effective business solutions that align with strategic goals. The individual supports organizational transformation by crafting compelling business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring that business objectives are met through well-defined operating models and technology integration. Collaboration across various teams and continuous assessment of business needs are integral parts of the daily workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to support organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams during transformation initiatives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
