As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in business solution development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance and stability.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in JavaScript.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
