Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Experience in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards within Workday environments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques relevant to Workday reporting.
- Ability to optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with business users and technical teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
