Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines, resolving challenges, and continuously improving application functionality to meet evolving requirements. Collaboration and communication are key, as the engineer navigates complex project landscapes to deliver effective software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any risks or issues that arise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Ability to customize and extend applications using platform-specific tools and features.
- Experience in integrating applications with various data sources and services.
- Familiarity with user interface design principles to enhance user experience.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
