Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting the overall business objectives effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain the group consolidation and reporting system to support accurate and timely period-end close across U.S. and Canadian legal entities
Develop and optimize consolidation logic including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, minority interest calculations, and equity pick-up adjustments
Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, data models, and reporting hierarchies
Lead end-to-end system enhancements — from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, and hypercare
Build and maintain management reporting packages, financial dashboards, and board-level consolidation outputs
Support the integration of acquired entities and new business units into the reporting framework
Identify and resolve data quality issues across source ERP systems feeding the consolidation platform
Document functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and training materials to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have minimum 1 year E2E Implementation experience
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex software issues within integrated business environments.
- Ability to work with various system components and understand their interdependencies.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues based on business impact.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
