Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while balancing the requirements and limitations imposed by both the business and external vendors. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to optimize platform configurations and integrations to enhance system efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to established standards and best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and customization within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to oversee release management processes ensuring timely and quality deployments.
- Familiarity with setting and enforcing platform standards to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to ServiceNow solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
