Project Role Description : Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be a trusted advisor, enhancing the reputation of the organization while bringing emerging ideas to life and shaping strategies that align with both Accenture and client objectives. Your role will require fluid communication and a deep understanding of business processes, ensuring that you contribute effectively to the success of various delivery engagements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance, SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in implementing and managing financial systems.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education with Accounts Payable experience in Central Finance is required.
