Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The engineer plays a vital role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of complex software environments through diligent problem-solving and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components and protocols.
- Experience in monitoring and managing enterprise-level network environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system logs and diagnose network-related issues.
- Skilled in coordinating with various technical teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
