As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by continuously monitoring and analyzing various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying issues, investigating root causes, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely resolutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve monitoring processes to increase system reliability and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Monitoring Tools & Techniques.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Ability to work with various monitoring platforms and interpret system alerts effectively.
- Experience in incident management and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning to optimize system resources.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in System Monitoring Tools & Techniques.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
