Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and integration.
- Strong understanding of data management and analytics.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
- Ability to work with APIs and standard tools for application configuration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
