Summary:
As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves collaborating closely with Solution Architects to assist in the development, design, and approval of various solutions. The role requires applying established process methodologies to tailor solutions that align with service scope, delivery locations, and cost considerations. Throughout the day, the practitioner focuses on enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in the preparation of responses and ongoing operational support, ensuring smooth progression from concept to implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assist in documenting solution designs and maintaining comprehensive records for future reference.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and workflows.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of solution design principles and architectural frameworks.
- Experience in applying standard process methodologies to solution development.
- Ability to analyze and optimize solution delivery in terms of scope, cost, and location.
- Familiarity with operational support practices to ensure solution sustainability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AI & Data Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
