Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into functional software applications, while also ensuring that the solutions are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Planisware.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience in integrating software components and third-party services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Planisware.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
