Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based revenue management systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Channel Revenue Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
