Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with diverse stakeholders to provide expert consulting on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes evaluating technology options, advising on cost optimization strategies, and identifying value drivers to enhance business outcomes. This position requires developing and deploying innovative technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration across various teams and continuous assessment of emerging technologies are integral to driving successful transformation initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of platform solutions.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Accounting Center.
- Strong analytical skills to assess technology platforms and identify optimization opportunities.
- Experience in developing and implementing technology assets tailored to industry or function-specific needs.
- Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technology platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Capability to lead teams and drive collaborative problem-solving across organizational boundaries.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Accounting Center.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
