Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product aligns with the intended specifications and user needs. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects by leveraging your expertise to create effective software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-Minimum: 10+ years of SAP E-HANA experience (5+ in the CPG industry).
-Experience in HANA modeling and all aspect views/procedures/snapshots/SQL/Graphical View etc.
-5+ years of experience in the SAP Data (S/4) in the context of analytics like OTC/RTR/PTP/Planning/Manufacturing and logistics, etc.
-Experience 3+ in SAP Planning data (SAP IBP) in the context of analytics .
-Strong modeling/hands-on experience (9+) in HANA modeling
-Baseline knowledge in SLT/CPI-DS to support Analytics in E-HANA
-E-HANA Security experience
-SAP Embedded analytics skills (CDS views)
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
