Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services focused on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology-related costs, and identifying key value drivers. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with market-leading practices and client objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology strategies is a core part of the daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored technology solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and efficiencies.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform advisory services.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex enterprise environments and recommend appropriate technology platforms.
- Experience in technology cost optimization and value realization strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement industry- or function-specific technology assets that drive business transformation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Capability to work independently while contributing actively to collaborative team efforts.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
