Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and technological advancements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate architectural components seamlessly and overseeing the implementation process are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the technology infrastructure supports organizational goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Experience in integrating diverse systems and platforms within complex environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system capabilities to meet evolving requirements.
- Skilled in creating detailed architectural documentation and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
