What would you do? The role focuses on improving workforce performance and productivity, enhancing business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Employee Services primarily involve query and case management related to Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Workforce Administration, and Employee Support. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for? • Any graduation degree – Prefer Post Grad/MBA • Approximately 20 years of experience. • Client management/handling skills – 3rd party clients (not internal GCC) • Ability to perform under pressure. • Prior knowledge of T&HR outsourcing, metrics, transition • Strong teamwork skills. • Commitment to quality. • Effective written and verbal communication. • Problem-solving capabilities. The individual in this role should demonstrate a solid understanding of business fundamentals and decision-making processes, applying functional expertise in areas such as HR Business Partnering, Finance, or Business Operations to directly impact business results and support organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Proactively identify, define, and solve complex problems that influence business direction or work efforts, requiring in-depth knowledge of Accenture. • Develop and execute strategies to achieve key business objectives within the area of responsibility. • Engage with senior management at clients and within Accenture, involving negotiation or influence on critical matters. • Exercise wide latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches for critical assignments. • Make decisions with significant and lasting impacts beyond own responsibility. • Manage large, complex teams or work efforts, or operate as an individual contributor at senior levels. • The role may require working in rotational shifts. • Working knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, and Oracle is required. • Focus on Agentic/AI/Automation
