Oversee data retention practices to ensure compliance and reliability. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate problem solving skills. Advanced communication skills. Beginner knowledge of incident management. Intermediate organizational skills. Advanced analytical thinking.
