SAP CI / Integration Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Integration roles, including hands-on delivery and leadership responsibilities
- Strong hands-on and architectural experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CI/CPI) and SAP integration technologies
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Integration Architecture, including APIs, middleware concepts, and integration patterns (SOAP, REST)
- Proven experience integrating SuccessFactors / HCM solutions with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Solid understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes and data flows
- Experience leading or owning end-to-end integration design, build, testing, and deployment activities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage cross‑functional teams and drive technical decisions
- Ability to analyze complex integration issues and deliver scalable, reusable solutions across multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language
- Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation, interface specifications, and governance standards
Preferred / Nice to Have
- SAP certifications in Integration, SAP CPI, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-to-cloud integrations
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery methodologies
- Prior experience managing or mentoring integration teams or working within global delivery models
- Strong background in business process implementation and system optimization initiatives
