Your job
As a Sourcing & Procurement Manager based in Brussels you will work in a growing Belgian team with a close connection to our European Sourcing and Procurement network. Alongside colleagues and clients, you will help to shape and build new opportunities within a broad range of industries. Illustrative project topics include:
- Responsible sourcing, leveraging data to infuse sustainability and reduce carbon emissions
- Platform development, digitizing processes by implementing upcoming technologies
- Organization blueprint, defining and setting up new operating models
- Zero Based Budgeting, challenging organization expenditures based on “what should be” instead of “what used to be”
- Co-shaping the Generative AI Procurement strategy with our clients
- Pre- and Post M&A integrations
- Setting up sourcing & risk management capabilities to limit supply shortage and inflation risks in a challenging market environment
You will be one of the key local drivers, responsible to deliver value to our clients and to inspire and manage our people. Your goal is to grow our local business, skills, and talents. You will join a team of talented consultants operating from our brand-new office in Brussels, your home office or your client’s site

Your background
You have:
- Successfully completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.), preferably in engineering or economics.
- An excellent verbal and written in English, and native in Dutch or French
- Accumulated 5 to 10 years of working experience within Sourcing & Procurement or a Supply Chain context
- Domain knowledge in different industries like Consumer Goods, Telco, High-tech, Utilities, Retail, …
- A well-structured and self-driven with a high agility and eagerness to learn
- The ability to lead a team and drive results
- Good commercial affinity or strong willingness to build these capabilities
- Strong technical background
- Experience in value realization, PMO and driving governance
