Your Job / task
As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be one of the key local drivers, responsible to deliver value to our clients and to inspire and manage our people. You goal is to grow our local business, skills, and talents by being involved in the following tasks:
- Develop and manage strong credibility and relationships at C-level, based on the positive impact of your team(s)
- Be an intrapreneur, ideating and developing initiatives to develop the local business, and find new ways to help our client further down the road.
- Co-develop and execute the sales plan for the BeLux region
- Create client value through designing and delivering innovative solutions transforming the client to a customer centric, sustainable, agile, and responsible procurement organization
- Lead and coach project teams to contribute to the constant development of our pool of talents
- Provide subject matter expertise, industry perspective and relevant point of view to drive customer value and insights
- Develop a strong network of Accenture clients, experts, colleagues, and friends
- Leverage your analytical and technical skills to steer your team towards exceptional insights and deliverables that guide our clients through their transformation programs

Qualifications
Your background
Our Manufacturing Managers typically have the following competences:
- Completed Master of Science (M.Sc.), preferably in engineering, business or economics, a master in supply chain is preferred (or build up by experience)
- Fluent in English is mandatory, and either Dutch and/or French, any additional languages is a plus
- Minimal 6 years of working experience within the manufacturing environment, working on innovative solutions:
- Shaping & designing manufacturing transformations
- Defining a target operating model for the operations function
- Familiarity with analytics, industry 4.0, operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma techniques, SMED, IT/OT architecture
- Affinity with technology, familiar with latest technologies
- Familiar with tackling strategic business & IT/OT challenges in the context of consulting projects
- At least 4 years of relevant experience and excellent people management skills
- Ability to lead a team and drive results
- Good commercial affinity or strong willingness to build these capabilities
- Strong technical background
- Experience in value realization, PMO and driving governance
- Understanding of the value driven by PLM, MES solutions
