Within Accenture Operations, Accenture Operations Activation Services  helps our clients in addressing their pressing issues and turn talent gaps into new opportunities—on their terms with: 

  • Flexible talent to support needs during one-time change events, transformation or spikes in business volumes that can be activated and decommissioned quickly. 

  • Access to specialized (industry or functional) talent and Accenture best practices to activate new services, transform processes or complete ongoing projects. 

  • Easy access to talent thanks to simple, straight-forward, standard contracts with market-relevant rates for rapid activation. 

  • Single layer management working under their direction and management as an extension of their own capabilities.

Within Accenture Operations Activation Services, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager to support our growth objective in Belgium and Luxembourg, by driving the sales process  through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure. The Sales Manager manages the opportunity from sales pursuit to close, using deep sales process and offering expertise while developing relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients. The Sales Manager will link together the right Accenture team to drive profitable growth, expand Accenture Operations’ footprint, and influence the client’s strategy. 

 

Your job: 

  • Understand the client’s context within the industry and our competitive position. 

  • Understand the client’s business priorities and bring Accenture assets and expertise to the client aligned with these priorities.  

  • Own the client relationships for Accenture Operations Activation Services 

  • Sell Accenture Operations Activation Services that address our client’s needs.  

  • Ensure differentiated outcomes will be delivered to the clients, in alignment with expectations, solution, and contract.  

  • Drive strategic, financial, and operational decisions on the running deals. 

Qualifications

Your background: 

  • Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a strong advantage 

  • Between 5 and 10 years of experience in business development, advantage if in a multinational environment 

  • Proven track record of performance on sales KPIs and objectives 

  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to establish and maintain key relationships with all levels of internal and external management 

  • Good understanding of the market
