Job Description

As our Modern Workplace engineer, you’ll support our team in taking care of deliveries for our customers, resolving ongoing issues, and facilitating projects.

The onboarding of customers must go as smoothly as possible – this is the key to long-term customer happiness.

In the end, the job’s about 2 things: The best service possible to the customer and personal growth.

Your responsibilities:

  • Intervene on all phases of the projects, from the business requirements together with the customer , to the production release of the solution.

  • Set up collaborative environments within Microsoft 365 and/or Citrix.

  • Intervene on the development of Microsoft 365 services, like Microsoft Teams, Intune, Power Platform solutions, etc.

  • You have experience with EMS (Azure AD, Intune, Information Protection, etc.) and how to transition on-premises to cloud.

  • Connect different systems and applications for end-to-end solutions with Azure.

  • Solve technical issues concerning our Workplace offering: collaboration tools, identity and access management, endpoint management, etc.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • You have some experience in M365 technologies.

  • You have some basic knowledge (or you can’t wait to get started with) Citrix.

  • You are highly proactive and committed.

  • Eager to learn!

  • You’ve worked with one or several technologies from the M365 stack such as Exchange online, Teams, EMS+Security, O365, Windows 10, Identity, ...

  • You are willing to invest in relevant certifications regarding M365.

  • You know that customer services is everything.

  • You’re a graduate in IT or equivalent through experience OR you’ve got experience in customer service and have an interest in an IT-related context

  • Customer service is your ”priority number 1”.

  • You’re the master in keeping calm.

  • You’ve got a passion / big interest in technology.

  • You speak and write proper English, and are fluent in Dutch.
